  • Do you only build in subdivisions?

  • No, we are happy to build on any lot, whether it is in a subdivision or not.

  • Do I have to build on one of your lots or can I build on my lot?

  • We would be happy to accommodate either scenario; your lot or ours.

  • What if I do not have a lot; can you help me find one?

  • Absolutely!  We have assisted many customers in finding the right property for their needs.

  • Do you normally have lots in your inventory to pick from?

  • Yes, we typically have a selection of lots to choose from.

  • Can you help me with construction financing?

  • Yes, we have good relationships with several construction lenders and are able to help you make the process smooth and easy.

  • Does building a new home have to be stressful?

  • No, our knowledgeable staff will make sure that your experience is memorable and enjoyable!  We have several tools on hand to help pave the way for your new home!

  • Am I limited to your building plans or may I bring in my own?

  • We can most definitely build from your plans!  We can also modify any of our plans or start from scratch. 

  • Do you include permits and site improvements in your package?

  • Yes, we typically include the necessary permits and site improvements to facilitate your build from start to finish.

  • I have a hard time making decisions. Do you have anyone on staff to help me?

  • Of course!  The Northwest Homes staff is here to help you through the building process.  Our goal is to make your building experience fun and enjoyable; we will stop at nothing to provide you with help in any area.
